Client partnered with AppleOne is seeking a Bilingual Korean Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team and support the Sales Director in driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, strong organizational skills, and intermediate Spanish-speaking abilities. In this role, you will assist with sales activities, attend customer meetings, support marketing initiatives, and help keep the team updated on new designs and spec sheets.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Support : Assist the Sales Director in coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, and supporting marketing initiatives to achieve business growth.

Customer Meetings : Attend customer meetings as needed (less than once per week, under 1 hour per trip), offering support and engaging with clients.

Marketing Coordination : Stay up-to-date with new designs and spec sheets, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with sales objectives.

Spanish Communication : Use intermediate Spanish-speaking skills to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in a sales, marketing, or administrative support role.

Bilingual Korean and English is a MUST

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to assist with customer-facing meetings, including travel to client locations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Quick to learn and adapt to new sales and marketing strategies.
