Key Responsibilities Manager Sales : Develop and implement strategies to expand grow your  sales. Work closely with the sales team to convert given leads into valuable income.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive high-quality service and solutions that meet their needs. Manager Recruiting Lead recruitment efforts to attract, evaluate, and hire high-quality talent across various locations. Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies, leveraging digital tools and platforms to identify top candidates. Qualifications Proven experience in both sales growth and recruiting beneficial Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates alike. Experience working in a remote environment is preferred. Highly organized and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
