Job descriptionDoit posséder un DEC en Design Graphique ou en Textile de Mode pour Enfants, avec un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans un domaine lié. Extrêmement créatif avec un portfolio solide et une expérience dans la conception d’imprimés textiles. Doit être capable de rester à jour avec les tendances actuelles de la mode liées à l'ameublement ou à la décoration intérieure, ainsi qu’aux accessoires pour bébés. Excellente maîtrise d’Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, et de la suite Office dans un environnement Macintosh. Grande capacité d’adaptation et aptitude à gérer efficacement plusieurs priorités et à travailler dans un environnement rapide et sous pression. Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, de gestion du temps, et capacité à prendre des initiatives et à être très attentif aux détails. Excellente capacité à travailler en équipe ainsi qu'en autonomie. Solides compétences interpersonnelles et en communication, tant en anglais qu’en français (oral et écrit). Une expérience dans la mode pour enfants est un atout indispensable. Ability to create original home fashion designs – using your strength in designing original prints and related textures Design and create textile prints (AOPs) Modify, recolor and index files from 3rd party artwork Create mappings / cads for all home fashion products – bedding and home decor products Create specifications for each print, graphic, product illustration and packaging; Prepare artwork for pre-press and review design layouts from suppliers; Support other designers and participate in the creation of collections of all categories on Illustrator and Photoshop; Produce presentation mood boards for customer meetings and internal seasonal trend direction; Must have a DEC in Graphic Design or Children Fashion Textile combined with minimum of 2+ years experience in related field. Extremely creative with a strong portfolio and experience designing textile prints; Must be able to stay up to date with current fashion trends related to home furnishing or home décor, baby accessories. Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Office Suite in a Macintosh environment; High level of adaptability and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment; Excellent organizational skills, time management skills combined with the ability to take initiatives and be detailed oriented; Excellent ability working in teams as well as autonomously; Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and French (both oral and written); Children fashion experience is considered a must.

Beco Industries recherche actuellement des DESIGNERS GRAPHIQUES pour rejoindre notre équipe de design. En travaillant en étroite collaboration avec nos chefs de produit, les équipes de design et de marchandisage, les Designers Graphiques seront responsables du développement et de l'illustration de conceptions, d’imprimés et de concepts originaux pour le développement de nouveaux produits. Responsabilités principales :
- Capacité à créer des conceptions originales pour la mode maison – en utilisant vos compétences pour concevoir des imprimés originaux et des textures associées.
- Concevoir et créer des imprimés textiles (AOPs).
- Modifier, recolorer et indexer des fichiers provenant d'œuvres graphiques de tiers.
- Créer des maquettes / cads pour tous les produits de mode maison – literie et articles de décoration intérieure.
- Créer des spécifications pour chaque imprimé, graphique, illustration de produit et emballage.
- Préparer les œuvres pour l’impression et examiner les mises en page des conceptions des fournisseurs.
- Soutenir les autres designers et participer à la création des collections de toutes catégories sur Illustrator et Photoshop.
- Produire des planches d'inspiration pour les réunions avec les clients et les orientations saisonnières internes de tendances.
