The UX Designer’s role is client centric. This role interprets insights, integrating them with a client’s vision and uses knowledge of best practices to build products that are both functional and desirable.

What You Will Do

• Work with a team of designers, developers, writers and producers to understand project requirements and create concepts that help define the best possible user experience, while supporting client’s business objectives.
• Connect business goals to user needs with sketching, concept creation, wireframes, defining user flows and the production of site maps with prototyping.
• Leverage user and consumer insights, analytics, best practices and competitor analysis to help guide project decisions.
• Prepare UX documentation (i.e., site architecture, wireframes, heat mapping audits, use cases, task flows, etc.) to be used by other members of the team.
• Document findings and make a case for recommendations to stakeholders.
• Join client calls and speak to your findings and recommendations clearly and confidently.
• Build wireframes and digital prototypes, and iterate on designs using feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct audits leveraging analytics and user data to make informed recommendations about product enhancements.
• Build information architectures and make recommendations to meet client objectives.
• Identify and implement opportunities to refine the UX process.
• Apply your knowledge in tourism and travel industry trends, competitive activity, and e-commerce best practices, and share those insights with colleagues to help drive internal standards and to build the best possible user experience for our clients.
