Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) , Business Continuity Management (BCM), and enterprise ServiceNow implementations.

Responsibilities: ServiceNow Strategy & Solution Design - Conduct feasibility assessments for ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM), Crisis Management, and Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) initiatives
- Develop implementation roadmaps and recommendations aligned with organizational objectives
- Design scalable ServiceNow solutions that meet business and technical requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, solution designs, and implementation plans
Project Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement - Lead workshops focused on business process analysis and redesign
- Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and refine requirements
- Establish project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Provide regular project status updates and progress reporting
- Guide stakeholders through decision-making processes and prioritization activities
ServiceNow Development & Implementation - Create and manage ServiceNow epics, user stories, and technical requirements
- Support all phases of the ServiceNow development lifecycle, including:
- Design
- Configuration
- Development
- Testing
- Deployment
- Transition to Operations
- Document technical decisions, enhancements, issues, and project outcomes
- Assist technical teams with issue resolution and implementation challenges
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship throughout project delivery
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement - Partner with development, operations, and support teams to ensure successful solution deployment
- Recommend improvements to workflows, processes, and ServiceNow capabilities
- Support ongoing optimization initiatives and platform enhancements
- Contribute to organizational best practices and governance standards
Qualifications and Skills: - University degree or college diploma in:
- Business Administration
- Information Technology
- Statistics
- Or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of recent experience as a Technical Lead on ServiceNow implementations
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience supporting ServiceNow SAM Pro projects
- Hands-on experience configuring and administering the ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) module
- Strong experience designing and configuring ServiceNow solutions based on business and technical requirements
- Experience supporting full ServiceNow project lifecycles from design through production support
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Experience with Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Crisis Management solutions
- Experience facilitating process redesign and business transformation workshops
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop practical technical solutions
- Experience prioritizing multiple initiatives and managing competing deadlines
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience working with large enterprise or public sector environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ServiceNow subject matter expertise
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Business process improvement experience
- Excellent facilitation and communication abilities
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
