Job descriptionValid Certificate as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) RN or RPN Nursing student (2 clinical placements completed) Valid Developmental Support Worker Certificate Foreign trained healthcare professional - Nurse A valid driver’s license and vehicle Current CPR Certificate level C Current immunization record (TB test completed within the past 12 months) is required upon hire Current vulnerable sector check screening is required upon hire Current Standard CPR level C and FA if applicable Availability to work days OR evenings, including weekends This is a physically demanding position with requirements for dexterity, lifting up to 55 pounds, walking, stairs, standing, bending, reaching, and frequent movement Begin employment with a participating employer between April 1, 2023 and March 31, 2026; commit to 12 months of full-time employment Entry level Full-time Other Hospitals and Health Care

Return of Service (ROS) : $10,000 to recent PSW graduates in exchange for a 12-month commitment to work full-time in a long-term care home or within the community.
