If you are a curious person, with a drive for spending your time scrolling through social media platforms, come put your social media skills to work.
In this 12 Month secondment as a Surveillance Coordinator and Social Media Researcher in the Investigative Services Unit (ISU), you will use your skills and curiosity to research social media sites to complete assignments, manage and transcribe data and collaborate with our surveillance team.
This role will give you the chance to :
- Research various social media sites and prepare reports on your findings for assignments referred to the ISU by our claims teams
- Work closely with our adjusters on files
- Track and update logs and spreadsheets
- Schedule surveillance assignments for all surveillance specialists in the unit
- Complete other administrative duties as required
