What you'll do :

As a Junior-Intermediate Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in bringing the iGUIDE brand to life across multiple platforms, with a particular focus on social media graphics and video editing. Collaborating closely with the marketing and creative teams, you'll design visually impactful content to support campaigns, enhance our digital presence, and ensure brand consistency across all materials.

Daily you'll :

  • Design eye-catching graphics for social media, digital campaigns, website content, and email templates.
  • Edit and produce high-quality videos and animations for marketing campaigns, product demos, and social media content.
  • Create print collateral, including brochures, trade show materials, and promotional assets.
  • Collaborate on UX design projects to improve the corporate website and digital user experiences.
  • Develop iconography, infographics, and presentation materials to communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Manage and organize design files, ensuring proper version control.
  • Maintain and reinforce brand consistency across all visual content.

What we look for :

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on social media content and video editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience creating engaging social media graphics and video content tailored to different platforms.
  • Strong storytelling abilities through visuals, motion graphics, and video.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Hybrid role working from the Planitar HQ 2-3 days weekly in Waterloo, ON.

    • Value additions :

  • Knowledge of UX design principles and tools.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Canva, HubSpot, or WordPress.
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation.
