Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Service : Greet and assist customers upon arrival, answering inquiries about services, scheduling appointments, and addressing any concerns.
- Appointment Management : Schedule and confirm appointments for vehicle services, ensuring efficient use of service bay time.
- Administrative Support : Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Communication : Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and relay messages to appropriate staff members.
- Sales Support : Provide information about service packages and promotions, and assist with processing payments and invoices.
- Facility Management : Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Collaboration : Work closely with service technicians and management to ensure seamless operations.
