This permanent role offers a hybrid schedule that requires some availability in case of emergency escalation. Responsibilities :

Plan, test, and implement system upgrades for high availability and performance
Maintain and optimize enterprise-level systems and networks
Implement robust security measures to protect client data and systems
Utilize Azure for cloud services and Hybrid Azure AD for seamless integration
Manage critical IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and scope adherence
Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing updates on incident progress and changes

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or significant equivalent professional experience

Industry Certifications such as Microsoft O365 / Azure, VMware VCP, Cisco CCNA

5-7 years of experience in system administration

Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and UNIX

Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Emergency availability on an as-needed basis

Pay Rate : $90-$120k / year
