Position Overview :
Looking for a part-time senior dental administrator experienced in high-level administrative duties including insurance claims, treatment coordination, and more.
Must be well-spoken and personable to interact effectively with our valued patients.
Schedule : Part time hours
Sunday's 9-5pm, Monday's 11-7pm.
More days available if needed.
Responsibilities :
- Strong grasp of dental office operations
- Proficient in accounts receivable (AR)
- Familiar with AR processes
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of prior experience in senior dental administration
- Effective leadership and organizational capabilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency using dental software systems (experience with Open Dental software preferred)
- Familiarity with dental billing and insurance procedures, numbers oriented
- Capacity to excel in a dynamic work setting and collaborate effectively within a team
