Successful candidates should possess two years of secretarial experience, alongside strong proficiency in communication, organizational skills, and various software applications. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills to foster relationships within the school community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain organized school documentation and records
• Communicate effectively with students and staff
• Manage phone communications in a courteous manner
• Utilize Microsoft Office and school systems effectively
• Ensure timely completion of clerical tasks
Requirements:
• Completed recognized secretarial training course
• Two years of recent secretarial experience
• Proficiency in clerical and bookkeeping skills
• Minimum 60 wpm typing speed
• Occupational First Aid Basic is an asset
