Job descriptionProof of an Undergraduate level university degree in any discipline or Proof of a College diploma in Engineering Technology Information Technology Project Management Business Administration or suitable engineering or technical field required to support Land C4ISR; Must hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Minimum 7 years experience in all of the assessment areas criteria : Demonstrated experience working as a project manager for projects in excess of $1M per year expenditure. Demonstrated experience preparing and presenting technical and management documents. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder and communications management in a project context Demonstrated experience in project financial management for projects in excess of $1M per year expenditure. Demonstrated experience in project scope management for projects in excess of $1M per year expenditure. Demonstrated experience in project schedule management for projects in excess of $1M per year expenditure. Demonstrated experience in project risk management for projects in excess of $1M per year expenditure. Drafting correspondence and making recommendations on the acceptance or rejection of deliverables. Preparing Contract Deliverable Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and Data Item Descriptions (DIDs). Able to obtain and maintain a government Secret level clearance and a controlled goods certification (both mandatory).

Provide Project Management expertise that will follow scalable agile framework for enterprise practices. The PM must also provide the overarching SE model including software and hardware baselines related to constructive simulation.
- Attend the HQ large solution and Synthetic Domain agile release trains (ART);
- Act as release train engineer of the clients portion of the Synthetic Domain ART;
- Produce a Single SE process model for Sim systems and client systems;
- Deliver and maintain a land operations modelling and Sim architecture;
- Assist in the creation and management of a virtual training and experimentation network equipment strategy.
