Lead and execute customer facing and internal JSI projects in accordance with PMP methodologies. Define time, budget and scope plus track risks, schedule, issues and actions.
Successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
Set up appropriate governance and oversight for all projects, raising / tracking issues and conflicts, removing barriers, and resolving minor project issues or escalating them to immediate Manager and / or Project Sponsor as required
Foster and build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Hold working sessions to elicit business requirements from all applicable stakeholders.
Prioritise and track project performance and deliverables against requirements.
Effectively manage and resolve conflicting priorities among stakeholders
Lead and support a highly engaged project team.
Manage third party service providers where applicable.
Coordinate and control the end-to-end process of all key project documentation as appropriate and ensure accurate records are maintained.
Build a communication plan and ensure information concerning content (deliverables, risk, issues) passes to and from stakeholders.
Conduct post project reviews in conjunction with project team and work with the Senior Manager, Operations and Project Office to contribute lessons learned to continuously improve JSI’s project management process.
Support Customer projects with Systems Design and Systems Integration documentation.
Work closely with the Delivery team to document and review Technical Implementation Plans.
Knowledge & Experience
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, a related field or equivalent job experience.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a customer-facing capacity, with demonstrated expertise in leading projects from initiation to closing.
Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), are highly desirable.
