Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and execution of the global commercial strategy. Create and execute a 5year business plan including financial targets sales strategies and investment planning.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and partners to develop marketing strategies including portfolio plans and pricing strategies for key global market segments.
- Conduct market research (primary and secondary) to identify unmet customer needs leverage actionable insights and develop competitive strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Develop and execute a robust digital marketing mix including SEO content marketing social media email marketing and Google Ads.
- Manage and optimize the companys eCommerce business by introducing innovative competitively priced products and building strong supplier and partner relationships.
- Drive brand strategy and guidelines to keep client and its product branding fresh enhancing product recall.
- Build and execute advertising strategies with a focus on high ROI leveraging key search terms and digital tools.
- Maintain the company website ensuring competitive ranking and using SEO tools to drive traffic and conversions through eCommerce sales.
- Establish and manage lead generation and sales pipelines ensuring high conversion rates from leads to sales.
- Recruit manage and mentor team members to develop a strong highperforming commercial team.
- Oversee and align the companys and leaderships social media presence with broader marketing strategies.
- Support company leadership and the Board of Directors with strategic and tactical initiatives.
