Responsibilities
Lead Agile execution and governance : Act as a Scrum Coach, supporting teams in Agile best practices while ensuring visibility and alignment with leadership.
Own milestone and timeline management : Maintain clear project roadmaps, tracking dependencies, risks, and key deliverables across assigned project areas.
Create and manage Agile and waterfall hybrid project plans : Define epics, sprints, and high-level project schedules while maintaining flexibility for evolving priorities.
Optimize and enforce project governance : Ensure compliance with GEC Technology’s program-level governance while identifying and implementing process improvements.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with technical and business teams to align quarterly plans with capacity and business priorities.
Manage and support Jira projects : Define workflows, maintain backlog hygiene, and ensure transparency in project tracking.
Proactively communicate project health and risks : Provide clear and concise status updates, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Drive continuous improvement : Foster a mindset of operational excellence, efficiency, and Agile maturity within the GEC Technology team.
Champion team culture and engagement : Plan team connection events, retrospectives, and initiatives to create a positive, fun, and high-performance environment.
