We are seeking a Senior UX Designer (hybrid, 3 days onsite) to lead end-to-end user and service design initiatives within a large digital environment. This role involves UX research, service design workshops, data-driven analysis, and the creation of design deliverables (wireframes, prototypes, user flows) to ensure high-quality, user-centric solutions.

Responsibilities
1.Develop, review, and implement UX and service design projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with user expectations and business goals.
2.Produce user flows, prototypes, and wireframes to communicate design concepts effectively.
3.Lead user research (both generative and evaluative) to capture insights for persona development, customer journeys, and segmentation.
4.Synthesize data to inform design direction and iterative improvements.
5.Plan and conduct workshops, stakeholder sessions, and design reviews to align cross-functional efforts.
6.Ensure solutions leverage standardized patterns and meet relevant digital service standards.
7.Implement metrics, performance measures, and user feedback loops for ongoing design refinement.
8.Advocate for best practices in design systems, accessibility, and consistent user experiences.
9.Communicate progress and challenges regularly, ensuring buy-in from business, technical teams, and end users.
10.Present design rationales and outcomes to leadership, refining product roadmaps to meet evolving needs.
