Your new role
As a Senior Design Engineer, you will collaborate with construction teams to facilitate installation, planning, drawing reviews, drafting, and coordination of electrical systems across multipleplex infrastructure projects. In a leadership capacity, you will guide junior team members within the Design department, helping them develop essential skills. Additionally, you will create and maintain electrical control systems andponents, adhering to required specifications. You'll accurately produce load calculations and single-line diagrams for various projects, as well as develop lighting systems that meet project requirements. Lastly, you'll review and create electrical drawings, ensuring alignment with industry standards and project specifications.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, we seek candidates with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. You should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, including team leadership. Possessing a P.Eng. designation is essential. Your advanced knowledge of electrical system design and construction is crucial, and proficiency with Revit and Microsoft Office is expected. If you've worked on design-build projects, that would be a valuable bonus.
What you'll get in return
The Electrical Engineer, will receive apetitive salary dependent on experience, $115,000-$165,000
