Senior Business Analyst role at Kruger Inc.
Kruger Packaging is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the review, modeling, and optimization of end-to-end business processes within a manufacturing environment. This role drives operational excellence and supports the implementation of enabling systems.
Project Overview
Kruger Packaging is undertaking two major, simultaneous initiatives : an in-depth analysis of current end-to-end business processes across operations to determine the most effective future process, and the implementation of a new CRM solution. The role involves reviewing existing processes and applying an ideal solution to support the business.
About The Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, manufacturing operations, and enterprise system implementations, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions. The role requires rigor, versatility, autonomy, and the ability to work in both structured analysis and agile environments. Excellent communication across all levels of the organization and willingness to travel to various sites (including the United States) are essential. Travel is estimated at 10% to 40% depending on project phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing Process Analysis & Optimization (70%) : Analyze, design, and implement improved processes across production, procurement, maintenance, quality, customer service, and finance. Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation or standardization. Lead cross-functional teams to develop future-state process models and drive change management. Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the packaging division.
- CRM Implementation Support (15%) : Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support the rollout of the new CRM system. Ensure manufacturing processes are aligned with CRM capabilities and business requirements. Participate in system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration (5%) : Facilitate workshops and meetings with teams from various departments to gather requirements and validate process improvements. Act as a liaison between manufacturing, IT, and commercial teams to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, from shop floor to senior leadership.
- Documentation & Reporting (10%) : Create and maintain process maps, SOPs, and improvement charters. Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress, risks, and outcomes. Track and report KPIs related to process optimization and CRM adoption.
