YOUR ROLE AS A SENIOR ARCHITECT / ASSOCIATE
As a Senior Architect specializing in Institutional projects, you will be at the forefront of designing iconic spaces that foster education, research, and innovation. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams through all phases of project development, from concept to completion, ensuring that every design not only meets but exceeds client expectations. This is more than a job – it’s a chance to shape the future of institutional architecture and grow into leadership roles like Associate and even Partner.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You are a seasoned architect with a passion for institutional projects and a knack for leading diverse teams. Your portfolio is a testament to your expertise in designing high-impact environments, particularly in the post-secondary, tech, and science sectors. You have the confidence to drive projects forward, the creativity to innovate, and the insight to balance technical rigor with visionary design.
Key Qualifications :
- Master’s in Architecture and Design , with an AIBC / Provincial license
- LEED AP and PMP certifications are strong assets
- 10+ years of experience in architecture and design, specifically within institutional sectors
- Proven expertise in client relationship management and developing long-lasting partnerships
- A robust portfolio showcasing exceptional design work within Canada
- Proficiency in REVIT, AUTOCAD , and other leading design software
- A detail-oriented approach to project management , coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset
- High-energy, dynamic thinker with a passion for creating spaces that inspire
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills to convey ideas with impact
