Are you a customer-centric, strategic and creative problem solver with a passion for building scalable products? At Rose Rocket, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Product Team focused on customer segments.

The Segment Product Team leverages our Platform capabilities and patterns to build scalable, efficient products for our target customers. In this role, you will define the long-term strategy and roadmap for products designed to serve a specific customer segment, ensuring they deliver meaningful value and exceptional experiences.

What You’ll Do :

• Define the Product Strategy : Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and prioritized roadmap for Rose Rocket’s customers that aligns with the company’s overall objectives and customer needs.
• Develop Deep Customer Empathy : Conduct in-depth research and engage directly with customers to uncover their pain points, goals, and workflows. Be the voice of the customer within the organization.
• Define Problem Statements : Clearly articulate customer challenges and opportunities, ensuring they are scoped and prioritized effectively for impactful and timely solutions.
• Leverage the Platform : Utilize and contribute to platform patterns and capabilities to build scalable, efficient solutions that meet customer needs quickly and effectively.
• Executional Excellence : Drive end-to-end execution of product initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality. Continuously improve processes to maximize efficiency and impact.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure that products are designed, built, and launched effectively.
• Drive Results : Define and track success metrics that measure the impact of your product on the customer segment. Use these insights to iterate and improve continually.
