5+ years of experience as a Proposal Writer Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Business, or Construction Management Experience with 2D / 3D modelling software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Bluebeam) to navigate and print drawings Experience with collaborative sharing platform software's (SharePoint, Procore, Google Drive, One Drive) Strong technical writing skills Advanced MS Suite skills Ability to read and understand technical details on design and construction drawings Ability to understand legalese in contract documentation (NDAs, MOU, Teaming Agreements, Subcontract Agreements, Main Contract Agreements) Familiarity with commercial and operational concepts including risks and opportunities in a construction environment Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders

Job Description

This involves working with internal and external stakeholders to gather and write content that highlights the services available. The Proposal Manager will create clear and cohesive narratives by integrating technical information and reviewing technical documents to include relevant details in proposals. They will use company marketing materials to enhance proposals and presentations, organize and participate in project meetings to discuss key topics, and summarize proposal requirements while delegating tasks. Additionally, they will prepare key information for proposals, including legal and operational terms, review contracts, and participate in negotiations. Other related duties may be assigned as needed. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with various stakeholders.
