About this role

We are recruiting for a Project Scheduler to join our Project Controls team at our Burnaby office.

The Project Scheduler plays a key role in supporting project delivery by developing, maintaining, and optimizing construction schedules across all phases-from pre-construction to project completion. This role involves close collaboration with project teams and clients to ensure accurate planning, tracking, and reporting of resources and progress.

Your responsibilities

• Create and update detailed master schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Evaluate client-provided schedules and provide feedback on sequencing and durations
• Identify critical path activities and propose mitigation strategies
• Track schedule variances and communicate impacts on cost and timelines
• Generate reports including look-ahead schedules, and resource loading
• Participate in site coordination meetings and support field teams with scheduling insights
• Train and coach team members on scheduling processes and tools
