What is in it for you :
Hourly salary of $24.34.
12month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.
Rotational Schedule; Monday to Friday : 7 : 00 am 11 : 00 pm.
Rotational Schedule; Saturday and Sunday : 8 : 00 am 8 : 00 pm.
Training Schedule; Monday to Friday : 8 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm.
Hybrid work : 3 office days from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities :
Manage customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
Provide support via phone email and potential followup services.
Utilize and navigate various administrative systems efficiently.
Stay updated on client products services and policies.
What you will need to succeed :
Bachelor s degree.
3 years of customer service experience in a contact center retail or service industry.
Call center experience preferably within a financial institution or bank.
Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written) to support clients in both languages.
Strong technical capabilities and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
A solutiondriven mindset with excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fastpaced everchanging environment.
Calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new information quickly.
Reliable and accountable for meeting performance targets.
Operations run 365 days per year. Flexibility is required to accommodate changing customer demand.
