We are seeking a Product Designer with a strong research mindset to join our Product Design team. The ideal candidate will be creative and collaborative while also having the curiosity to understand user expectations and translate insights into new experiences for our users. You will also lead and execute research initiatives across our products and the markets where we operate in or plan to explore.

What will you do?

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and other teams.
• Solve complex problems and create seamless and visually compelling experiences.
• Process data from multiple sources : internal stakeholders, existing research, data, insights, and market analysis, to inform design directions and solutions.
• Conduct the design process and deliver required artifacts such as user flows, wireframes, UI designs, prototypes, and more.
• Conduct UX research, user testing, and data analysis to understand customer experiences, expectations, pain points, and behaviours.
• Communicate research findings, recommendations, and design solutions across the company to drive alignment and impact.
