Job descriptionMust have a deep understanding of SAP FICA and its application within the utilities sector. Proven experience in SAP IS-Utilities FICA and SAP IS-Utilities FICA BRF+ is required. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect with a focus on SAP IS-Utilities FICA for the role of Business Associate. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP FICA within the utilities sector, including expertise in SAP IS-Utilities FICA BRF+. With a requirement of 7 to 11 years of experience, this role is pivotal in driving our utility clients financials and customer care operations to new heights of efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience Required : 7+ years of relevant ISU-MPM experience.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP FICA solutions for utility clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Analyze client business processes and rmend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP IS-Utilities FICA solutions with other business systems.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including design specifications and implementation guides.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP FICA configuration, customization, and optimization.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams on SAP IS-Utilities FICA functionalities.
- Stay abreast of new SAP technologies and updates relevant to the utilities industry.
- Troubleshoot and resolveplex issues related to SAP IS-Utilities FICA implementations.
- Ensurepliance with industry regulations and standards in all SAP FICA projects.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP FICA domain.
