We seek a Business Analyst to deliver IT business analysis services, develop comprehensive business solutions, and support enterprise IT initiatives. This hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop strategies, and implement effective solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities
Qualifications
1.8+ years of experience in business analysis, including enterprise-level modeling and documentation.
2.Expertise in business analysis tools, methodologies, and technical and business planning.
3.Knowledge of software development life cycle, design principles, and user interface design.
4.Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, specifically business architecture concepts.
5.Proficiency in project management practices, including risk management and service delivery optimization.
6.Excellent facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills.
7.Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
8.Experience with SaaS project implementations.
9.Familiarity with Agile, Iterative Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
10.Knowledge of accessibility standards such as AODA and related regulations.
