We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will liaise with stakeholders to understand problems and opportunities and recommend solutions to enable the achievement of organizational goals. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering :

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.

Analyze and translate business needs into solutions.

Solution Design :

Work closely with developers and solution architects to design and implement customized solutions.

Assist in defining and documenting functional and technical designs.

Data Management :

Support data migration, data quality, and data integration activities.

Ensure proper mapping of business data into the systems.

System Testing & UAT :

Develop and execute test cases to validate requirements.

Support stakeholders in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).

Stakeholder Management :

Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams.

Ensure all stakeholders are informed about project progress and outcomes.

Ongoing Support :

Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and recommend system enhancements.

Monitor system performance and stay updated on Salesforce releases and features.

Project Management :

Provide high level estimation for projects in scope and work with the team to manage resources.

Qualifications and Skills :

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience :

5-7 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably with Salesforce.

Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud is highly preferred.

Skills :

Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices.

Understands complete Software Development Life Cycle and can apply the applicable portions of the ‘Feasibility,’ ‘Requirements,’ and ‘Analysis’ phases.

Proficient in gathering and documenting requirements and creating user stories.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salesforce Certifications (Preferred).

Salary : $74,800.00 - $138,600.00

Pay Type : Salaried
