Our client is searching for an Inside Sales and Support Associate to join their team. This role will be responsible for supporting the Sales Associates on the team with administrative duties that go along with their sales. A successful candidate will be a go-getter that is ready to help whatever necessary.
Your success will be defined by your ability to :
Process and track sales order from start to finish, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery
Coordinate meetings, calls, and travel arrangements for the sales team and ensure they’re prepared with necessary materials and information
Provide logistical support to the sales team, including preparing documents, presentations, and reports needed for client and managers meetings or pitches
Assist with the planning and execution of sales events, trade shows, or other customer engagement activities
Receive and direct incoming telephone calls in a courteous, professional and timely manner
Maintain and update customer information, sales activities, and deals in CRM systems to ensure accurate and up to date records
Support the team while they work remotely to ensure all data is captured in the CRM
Generate and distribute regular sales performance reports, tracking KPIs, forecasting, and highlighting trends or areas for improvement
Organize and manage contracts, proposals, and other sales documents to ensure easy access and compliance with policies
Track stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure the availability of promotional materials or product samples
Follow up on leads from marketing or initial outreach, qualify potential customers, and identify opportunities for the outside sales team
Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, providing product information, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities to suggest additional products or services that could meet customer needs, aiming to increase sales revenue
Conduct outbound calls or emails to prospects, follow up on quotes and completed sales projects, and check in on ongoing opportunities to move them through the sales funnel
Your strengths include :
2+ years of experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Coordinator
Experience using various CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
