Job descriptionA high-level of service and technical support to customers Passion for sales and customer satisfaction A consultative approach to recommend products where needed Flexibility to help where needed within the branch High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 1+ years’ experience in wholesale distribution A high level of ownership, accountability and initiative Had success working in a fast-paced environment; ability to prioritize multiple tasks Organizational skills, communication skills and attention to detail The skills to use of a variety of technology and new computer applications The ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills The ability to work in inclement weather as required Ability to work independently and in a team environment A strong commitment to health and safety Base Pay : Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. About the Role
- Provides technical support and services to customers
- Works with Outside Sales team to grow existing customers and create new ones
- Educates customers about features and benefits of our services and products
- Processes customer orders, including order data entry
- Prepares quotations, bids, and letters
- Assists in the warehouse, shipping and receiving, and other administrative duties
- Assists with general sales and marketing initiatives as required
