Mosaic Home Services Ltd., one of Canada's fastest-growing companies, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. If you're a results-driven professional passionate about optimizing campaigns and maintaining brand consistency across multiple locations, we want to hear from you!

About the Role

As the Marketing Manager, you will oversee a team of 2-4 Marketing Coordinators, guiding them to achieve excellence in lead generation and brand building. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our digital and in-person marketing initiatives align with Mosaic's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management : Oversee SEO strategies and paid advertising campaigns to generate leads for clients nationwide across 7 different service lines.
Technical Literacy : Utilize skills & knowledge in Wordpress, Hubspot Sales & Marketing, and Zapier automation tools to collaborate with a series of stakeholders to increase sales conversion rates.
Performance Metrics : Monitor search and ad performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
SEO Optimization : Stay updated on SEO best practices and ensure consistent optimization across all digital platforms.
Event Coordination : Manage planning and execution of in-person events to build brand presence and foster client relationships.
Brand Guidelines : Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring alignment with locations coast to coast.
Team Leadership : Provide mentorship, direction, and performance feedback to Marketing Coordinators.

Qualifications

Proven experience in marketing management or a related role.

Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and performance analytics tools.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Experience in event planning and coordination.

Familiarity with brand management across multi-location businesses is a strong asset.
