Mosaic Home Services Ltd., one of Canada's fastest-growing companies, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. If you're a results-driven professional passionate about optimizing campaigns and maintaining brand consistency across multiple locations, we want to hear from you!

About the Role

As the Marketing Manager, you will oversee a team of 2-4 Marketing Coordinators, guiding them to achieve excellence in lead generation and brand building. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our digital and in-person marketing initiatives align with Mosaic's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management : Oversee SEO strategies and paid advertising campaigns to generate leads for clients nationwide across 7 different service lines.
  • Technical Literacy : Utilize skills & knowledge in Wordpress, Hubspot Sales & Marketing, and Zapier automation tools to collaborate with a series of stakeholders to increase sales conversion rates.
  • Performance Metrics : Monitor search and ad performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
  • SEO Optimization : Stay updated on SEO best practices and ensure consistent optimization across all digital platforms.
  • Event Coordination : Manage planning and execution of in-person events to build brand presence and foster client relationships.
  • Brand Guidelines : Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring alignment with locations coast to coast.
  • Team Leadership : Provide mentorship, direction, and performance feedback to Marketing Coordinators.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and performance analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Familiarity with brand management across multi-location businesses is a strong asset.
