The Enterprise Sales Account Executive is responsible for driving the growth of the company’s enterprise client base by identifying, developing, and closing high-value sales opportunities. This role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing complex deals. A key focus will be expanding revenue opportunities and becoming a trusted advisor to clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Prospect, pitch and sell Appcast Solutions to direct employers.
- Qualify inbound leads.
- Develop and close sales opportunities.
- Conduct online product demonstrations.
- Use both traditional and electronic communication tools to contact prospective customers.
- Achieve sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Accurately log all sales activity in a CRM (Salesforce.com)
- Use natural curiosity, communication skills, and drive to improve your sales performance.

Travel Requirements
Travel requirements for the position will be approximately 25%. This will include attending internal and external meetings, however this may vary based on business needs and opportunities.
