    YOUR CHALLENGES

    Overall responsibility of the region : grow the skills and responsibility of the sales team. Increase revenue and profitability while holding the team accountable for respective metrics.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and implement the business development strategy and ensure its execution
  • Structure and optimize the prospecting process and the follow‑up with clients in a spirit of partnership
  • Develop and maintain exemplary relationships with customers, partners, colleagues, and vendors
  • Build, develop and guide a team of outside representatives from sales managers to account managers
  • Prepare and manage the budget with full P&L responsibilities
  • Participation in M&A process for the region
  • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience in health and safety within the mining, construction or manufacturing sector a definite asset
  • Experience in full P&L accountability
  • Experience in executive negotiation
  • Ability to manage underperformance
  • Customer‑centric mindset and ability to build long‑term value
  • Agility in leveraging AI tools and adapting strategies
  • Coaching‑oriented leadership and strong commercial acumen
  • High energy and always able to amp it up
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel between 4 to 7 days a month
