Pay for this position is $35 / hr

This role is preferably based in Mississauga. Please note this office will be then transferred to Milton (ON) so we need someone flexible to eventually drive there.

Marketing Assistant - Sales Support and Order Management

Responsibilities :

• Modify orders for products that are no longer available by identifying suitable replacement products.
• Oversee the change order process and manage approval drawings.
• Communicate order statuses effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
• Track and manage reserve funds for the price difference between discontinued products and their replacements.
• 1-5 years of preferred experience in project coordination within the electrical industry.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and facilitation skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written).
