Day to Day Generating grain invoices for customers, applying payments to invoices and account reconciliation Reviewing and monitoring accounts receivable and processing grain unloads Providing exceptional customer service and entering accounts payable information into the system Grain contract management duties Working closely with the grain merchants to ensure timely execution of commodity delivery Process payments to producers Weekly reporting and monitoring along with month end tasks and responsibilities Working with the grain accounting team as well as our grain locations across Eastern and Western Canada Qualifications Post-secondary education in Agribusiness, Business Administration or Accounting Experience or background in the grain industry would be considered an asset Attention to detail is critical Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment Strong problem-solving abilities and solid analytical, organizational, and time-management skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Application Suite We thank all applicants, but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
