A 3PL company specializing in logistics is looking for a warehouse quality, health, safety and environment (QHSE) manager. This world-renowned company is setting up in Ontario in the Ajax area and is looking to build the best team. As a warehouse quality, health, safety and environment manager, you play a critical role for ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-performing work environment through leadership, expertise, and innovation.
We are seeking an experienced and innovative QHSE Manager to lead safety initiatives and drive continuous improvement at a high-volume distribution site. This leadership role partners closely with site operations to execute health and safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and cultivate a culture of safety excellence.
3PL warehouse, high-volume and fast-paced environment (mandatory)
The person appointed for this role must have at least 8 years' experience in the field of health and safety in a warehouse. As well as more than 3 years in a management or similar position in the health and safety field.
This person will be responsible for the entire site and teams
