This position is responsible for advising and processing of absence and short-term accommodation claims forAssociates (occupational and non-occupational), communicating with the applicable agencies / vendors in a timely manner with regular follow up. Ensures safe and timely return to work by partnering with Management and Operations to establish and monitor return to work plans for routine injury or illness
accommodation needs. This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office.
Contractual - 4 months with potential to convert to permanent based on performance

Responsibilities
- Monitor and communicate Company expectations for temporary occupational and non-occupational claims and
short-term accommodations, including related administration, facilitation and record retention with internal and
external partners (i.e. Human Resources departments and i.e. Insurance Carriers / Third Party Providers).
