Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Durham

Join RhynoCare Staffing Solutions as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Durham area. We are looking for dedicated RNs to start as soon as possible, with consistent hours and a set schedule until further notice.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care according to established policies, physician’s orders, and resident care plans within the RN scope of practice.
Apply sound nursing principles to deliver excellent care in assigned home areas.
Ensure timely resident admissions, comprehensive orientation, and safe transfers / discharges.
Manage supply, control, and safekeeping of medications, following protocols on all shifts.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet residents' physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs.

Requirements

BScN, BN, or equivalent in Nursing.

Current registration with the College of Nurses.

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.

Proficiency in basic computer skills.

Valid First Aid and CPR certificates.

Strong communication skills in English.

Compassionate, respectful, and effective in dealing with residents and team members.

Knowledge of relevant federal, provincial, and municipal legislation and standards.

Medical clearance (including TB tests), Vulnerable Sector Police Check, and criminal record check.

Proof of vaccination, adherence to COVID-19 protocols, and mask-wearing at all times.
