Branch Manager – English (RBC)

Join a local market leader and drive branch success through client experience, sales growth, and high team engagement. As the Branch Manager, you are the RBC Ambassador in the community, building relationships, coaching staff, and leveraging digital and multichannel capabilities.

What will you do?

Deliver results through new client acquisitions across channels, supporting local partners and the branch team.
Lead change, allocate resources, and grow sales, revenue, and market share to meet community needs.
Attract, recruit, and retain talent, fostering development, career planning, and high employee engagement.
Coach your team on client advice, education, problem resolution, and digital enablement.
Close operational, credit effectiveness, and compliance gaps identified through reviews and reports.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Mutual Funds accreditation (IFIC or CSC) and minimum 2 years of licensed mutual funds sales experience within the last 3 years.

Completed an acceptable mutual fund branch management exam offered by the CSI, or ability to write an exam within 4 months of start date.

Minimum 3 years in a people management role.

Entrepreneurial business acquisition mindset.

Ability to employ digital channels, drive client awareness, and enable clients with RBC digital access.

Bilingual in English and French, regularly serving clients with bilingual needs.

Nice-to-have

Experience in both business and personal banking.

Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships in the finance or service sector.
