ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a reputable and growing Canadian design-build firm with a strong portfolio of light industrial, agricultural, and commercial projects across Canada. Known for their hands-on approach, collaborative culture, and commitment to quality, they are currently seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their Toronto-based team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-driven professional to work on technically engaging and high-impact developments that serve a wide range of business and agricultural needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate conceptual and schematic designs into detailed construction documents using Revit
- Support the creation of schematic designs, design development drawings, and full construction sets
- Review and revise technical drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and client requirements
- Coordinate technical documentation with engineering disciplines including structural, mechanical, and electrical
- Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate 3D models and drawing sets through all project phases
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to support smooth project delivery
- Maintain quality control of drawing standards and documentation formats
- Participate in design coordination meetings and provide technical input as required
