What’s the role?
We are looking for a Senior Revenue Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will report to the Revenue Manager and assist with the order-to-cash and revenue reporting processes. The Senior Revenue Analyst will have a tremendous impact on our revenue reporting and support various company initiatives to grow and scale.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management reporting with a specific focus on revenue : analyze results and variances to budget, prepare SaaS KPIs, and communicate insights to Revenue Manager.
- Collaborate closely with the Account Management team to accurately and comprehensively report new sales, expansions, decreases and churn.
- Own monthly / quarterly revenue-related reconciliations and book necessary journal entries as part of month-end close.
- Build budgets and rolling forecasts based on SaaS methodologies for ARR (“Annual Recurring Revenue”) and NRR (“Non-Recurring Revenue”).
- Report on monthly and quarterly ARR by customer
- Prepare and update cash receipts forecast on a bi-weekly basis, incorporating A / R aging notes and other relevant factors.
- Assist on various projects aimed at optimizing order-to-cash processes, which may include implementing enhancements in the billing process, establishing automated templates for dunning notices to reduce DSO (“Days Sales Outstanding”), participating in the customer database project, and streamlining the budget process.
