We are seeking a skilled and outgoing Tier 2 Computer Support Analyst with a minimum of three years of experience in desktop support to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Office 365 and Windows 10 / 11, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping others. This role requires a valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle, as occasional travel to client or satellite locations may be necessary. Additionally, the candidate must have the ability to teach and train new staff members on the effective use of line-of-business applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide support for technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking, ensuring timely resolution.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Administer and support Office 365, including user account management, email troubleshooting, and collaboration tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10 / 11, including updates, performance optimization, and security configurations.
- Conduct onboarding sessions to train new employees on company systems, line-of-business applications, and IT policies.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides for internal and client use.
- Maintain and review of the inventory of IT assets and coordination with service providers for IT troubleshooting
- Work collaboratively with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide on-site support as needed, requiring reliable transportation to various locations (mileage re-imbursed).
- Moving assets from one office to another if needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and end-users, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
