We are seeking a Bilingual Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll work on diverse and impactful projects, leveraging your proficiency in both English and French to support clients across Canada.

This position is currently primarily remote, with occasional in-person team and client meetings required (quarterly at a minimum).

What You’ll Do :

• Project Leadership : Manage day-to-day project activities, including work plans and budgets.
• Provide High-Quality Consulting Services : Support our clients by providing consulting services under our four service areas : Engage, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate.
• Knowledge Sharing : Create knowledge mobilization products to effectively mobilize knowledge internally and with our clients.
• Capacity Building : Provide training, coaching, and support to organizations to help them thrive.
• Collaboration : Supervise junior staff, write and edit client-facing documents, and deliver impactful presentations.
• Business Development : Identify prospective clients, draft proposals, and represent Collective Results at conferences and events.

Compensation and benefits :

Salary starting at $100,000 / year for candidates meeting the minimum qualifications, with opportunities for increases based on experience, education, and expertise.
