Description
- Operational Excellence : Lead daily operations to ensure seamless execution of service, maintaining a high standard of excellence across all areas.

- Financial Management : Drive profitability through accurate reporting, effective budgeting, and diligent inventory and cost control.
- Scheduling & Forecasting : Create and manage schedules that align with anticipated business needs to optimize staffing and efficiency.
- Sales & Growth : Develop and implement strategies to boost revenue, ensuring the restaurant continues to thrive and grow.
- Community Engagement : Act as an ambassador for the brand, representing the restaurant at local events and building strong community ties.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary : $90,000-100,000 per year
Additional Compensation : Participation in pooled tips to reward your leadership and contributions.
Relocation Assistance : A relocation budget is available to help you transition smoothly to your new role.
Work Schedule : Afternoon-to-evening shifts, aligning with the restaurant’s focus on delivering an elevated dinner service.
