Job Description : We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team. The primary responsibility is to provide cleaning services to residential homes, ensuring a clean, comfortable, and healthy environment for our clients. This role involves a variety of tasks including general cleaning, deep cleaning, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in all assigned homes. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong time management skills, and a proactive approach to completing cleaning duties.

Schedule : Hours will start minimal, but can grow to what the cleaner has capacity for. We will build your schedule together, making it work with your life and responsibilities. This job does not stop in the summer.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in homes.
• Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, and mirrors.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including counters, appliances, and floors.
• Change bed linens and make beds as needed.
• Empty trash cans and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Deep clean homes on a scheduled basis (e.g., baseboards, windows, vents).
• Organize and straighten up rooms as required.
• Ensure that cleaning equipment and supplies are in good working order.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect for client privacy and property.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate party.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any specific needs.

Must have access to a washer and dryer for laundry purposes (daily laundry tasks).

Previous residential cleaning experience preferred but not required.

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully.

Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

Must be dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.

Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
