As a Project Manager in luxury residential construction, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of custom home builds and renovations. We're looking for a professional who's able to execute both on-site and in the office. Key responsibilities include :

• Lead trades, suppliers, and site staff to deliver exceptional results, this role requires a dynamic leader who seamlessly balances execution with coaching-knowing when to train, guide, or step in to get the job done.
• Managing detailed project schedules, budgets, and scopes while leveraging construction management software, the ideal PM anticipates next steps and guides clients and co-workers with a data-driven, logistical approach.
• Coordinating all project activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and timeline standards.
• Communicating consistently with clients and stakeholders to keep them informed and ensure their expectations are exceeded.
• Problem-solving and resolving challenges efficiently, maintaining a positive and professional approach as an ambassador of Alair's Values.
