Role Overview :

As the Research and Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving innovation and growth within our product offerings. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage end-to-end R&D processes, develop proof of concepts, and bring new ideas to market, ensuring we meet customer needs while driving business success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work with key stakeholders (e.g. TripStack CEO, technology partners, developers, etc.) on development of new business initiatives
• Organize and extend our market research; identifying new opportunities to explore
• Investigate, design and deliver solutions to novel and complex customer issues
• Generate recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods
• Work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solution and move people and teams to act
• Write and present on key research topics to help position TripStack as a thought leader in the travel industry

Requirements

Desirable Background

Extensive experience in the travel industry. More specifically, a background in airline, GDS or travel agency operations, and / or management consulting in the travel industry or related experience developing new travel products.
