Bilingual (French) Market Research and Sales Development Specialist

Location :   Downtown Toronto

4 days in office (Friday Work-From-Home)

Here's what you will do :

  • Investigate and profile commercial tenants occupying commercial spaces in a geographical market
  • Conduct phone interviews with the tenants, owners and real estate professionals occupying or managing commercial spaces
  • Conduct web research to create comprehensive profiles on commercial tenants and business decision makers
  • Document tenant movement within a geographical market
  • Maintain complete and accurate tenant rosters for various commercial buildings
  • Investigate new property and tenant leads
  • Document and profile corporate structures
  • Here's what you will need to succeed :

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree is required
  • Experience and / or interest in the real estate industry
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service environment
  • Fluency in oral and written communications in English and French is required for bilingual roles
  • Permanent Canadian work authorization
  • Legally able to travel to and enter the United States for business purposes
  • Ability to connect with people quickly and professionally over the phone
  • Proven success working in a KPI-based environment where targets have been met and / or exceeded
  • Natural curiosity, persistence, and ability to conduct investigative research
  • Analytical and creative thinking skills
  • Experience and demonstrated proficiency with Excel that includes the ability to manipulate data, filter, and develop basic formulas. Candidates will be given an assessment to determine their knowledge of Microsoft Excel .
