Catalyseur de Performance Agile Vous êtes passionné(e) par l’optimisation des processus agiles et la coordination à grande échelle ? Ce poste de Release Train Engineer (RTE) vous place au cœur de l’action où vous jouerez un rôle stratégique pour aligner les équipes sur les objectifs d’affaires tout en maximisant leur efficacité.

Vos responsabilités :

Orchestrer les cérémonies SAFe clés (PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, System Demos) pour garantir des livraisons fluides et alignées.
Être le pilier central qui relie les équipes agiles, les parties prenantes et les priorités stratégiques.
Suivre les indicateurs clés (KPIs), identifier les obstacles et collaborer avec les équipes pour les surmonter efficacement.
Devenir l’interlocuteur(trice) incontournable pour garantir une communication claire et proactive à tous les niveaux de l’organisation.
Instaurer une culture d’excellence en guidant les équipes vers l’adoption de pratiques agiles avancées et adaptées à SAFe.
Identifier et résoudre les interdépendances critiques entre les équipes et les ARTs pour minimiser les impacts.

Profil idéal :

Expertise avérée en gestion de projets agiles à grande échelle, avec une solide maîtrise du cadre SAFe.

Expérience précédente en tant que RTE ou dans un rôle similaire.

Compétences exceptionnelles en communication, capables de fédérer et d’inspirer.

Organisation hors pair, capable de piloter plusieurs initiatives simultanément.

Certification SAFe RT E ou équivalent (fortement souhaitée).

Maîtrise des outils agiles : Jira, Confluence, Power BI, suite Atlassian, etc.

Vos atouts pour réussir :

Leadership naturel et capacité à motiver les équipes.

Esprit analytique et rigoureux pour résoudre les problèmes complexes.

Vision stratégique alliée à un pragmatisme opérationnel.

Sens de l’écoute et aptitude à fédérer autour d’objectifs communs.

Travail hybride : présence au bureau 2 à 3 jours par semaine.

Bilinguisme français / anglais requis.
